Know Someone Who Could Use One More Moment?
One More Moment helps adults in Michigan facing advanced, Stage IV or metastatic cancer create meaningful Moments with the people they love.
If you are a family member, caregiver, healthcare professional, friend or community supporter, you can help connect someone with us.

You Don't Have to Be the Patient to Reach Out
A Moment request can begin with someone who cares about the individual and wants to help make a meaningful experience possible.
Healthcare and support professionals do not need to coordinate the entire Moment. Helping a patient or family connect with One More Moment is enough to get the process started.
Who We Serve
Who May Qualify for a Moment?
One More Moment currently serves adults in Michigan facing advanced, Stage IV or metastatic cancer. Every request is reviewed individually with care.

- The person lives in Michigan.
- The person is facing Stage IV, advanced, or metastatic cancer.
- The request is for a meaningful Moment with loved ones.
- Support is needed because cost, timing, logistics, health, or resources make the Moment difficult to create alone.
- Confirmation from an oncology provider may be requested.
Every Moment Is Personal
Moments do not need to be elaborate. A meaningful request may be simple, practical, joyful, quiet or deeply personal.
Each request is reviewed individually based on eligibility, timing, safety, logistics and available resources.

A Simple Resource for the People You Serve
If you work with adults facing advanced cancer, One More Moment can be another resource you share with patients and families.
You do not need to manage the request or coordinate logistics. A simple introduction or referral can help a family learn whether a Moment may be possible.
If a professional prefers, they may share the One More Moment website directly with the patient or family and allow them to complete the request themselves.
