One More Moment gives Michigan businesses a direct way to create meaningful experiences for local adults facing advanced cancer and their families. Corporate support helps us respond thoughtfully when new requests arrive, coordinate meaningful experiences and reduce the financial or logistical barriers that may otherwise stand in the way.
The organization supports adults in Michigan facing Stage IV, advanced or metastatic cancer. Moments are designed around meaningful time with loved ones, and requests are reviewed carefully based on eligibility, safety, timing, logistics and available resources.
Partnerships can include financial support, in-kind services, experiences and employee engagement, helping One More Moment respond when time may be limited.

Lori's Moment
A Dinner for Her Caregivers
Lori's request was simple and meaningful: she wanted to take the caregivers who had supported her out for dinner.
Her Moment brought six loved ones together in Novi, Michigan, for an evening centered on gratitude, connection and time together.
The dinner was supported by community generosity, including the care of David Faulkner, manager; Manisha, server; Rashawn, host; and Rahul and his wife.
One Less Burden to Carry
Clyde had fallen behind on his car payments while covering the cost of cancer treatment. Community support grew into enough help to pay off the vehicle completely.
Meeting Draymond Green
Josh hoped to meet Draymond Green when the Warriors came to Detroit to play the Pistons. Community connections helped make the introduction happen.
A Family Trip to Disneyland
Russlyn lived in California and wanted to take her family to Disneyland. Earlier in One More Moment's history, we helped coordinate the trip.
Meeting Zenyatta
Bruce lived in Ohio and dreamed of meeting Zenyatta in Kentucky. During the organization's earliest years, One More Moment helped bring them together.
Rooted in Michigan
Some of the Moments featured here were granted outside Michigan during the early years of One More Moment. As the organization grew, we learned that our strongest relationships, resources and ability to respond quickly were here at home. Today, One More Moment focuses on serving adults throughout Michigan.
